It’s all too easy to get caught up in the pressure of our task at hand. Many times when we do that, we will drive right over the people we’re dealing with.
If we can step back and think about what our client initially wanted, many times we can more easily reach their goals. If we step further back and figure out what they need we can meet their needs even better.
The “social” of social media often gets left out. Many times business get in the mode of sell-sell-sell and don’t realize people just want to connect with other humans.
As we start the new year, think more human. Treat people the way you want to be treated.
