Holly Creek Life Plan Community is the premiere place for older adults to live and enjoy community in Centennial, Colorado.

In 2019, they were facing stiff competition from newly-built retirement communities and a major expansion by an arch rival.

Their logo looked ten years old, because it was! That important visual capsule no longer conveyed their culture and identity.

Holly Creek’s website was functional but not compelling potential residents and their adult children to check out this amazing community. The new site needed to tell their story using meaningful words and beautiful photographs to clearly presented the case for making Holly Creek home.

Paul Merrill, the heart of Greener Grass Media, tackled this challenge by:

  • Creating a new website in partnership with Linkmedia 360. Paul directed the design and user interface, including navigation, textual content, color selection and photography. SEO keyword selection was part of both the development and ongoing support of the site.
  • Directing the creation of a new logo, in partnership with Cue Branding. This involved vetting the branding company and then brainstorming concept and design. During development, Paul interfaced with Cue’s designer and liaised with the leadership team at Holly Creek and their parent company as the logo was developed.

Holly Creek’s new website and fresh logo increased their occupancy and brand awareness.
